VIKS PROPERTIES SDN BHD was established in December 2015 at Sungai Petani with only 10 agents we managed to expend our
service areas by setting up new branch at Alor Setar, Kedah. In November 2021, we installed another branch at Kangar, Perlis.
By August 2023, we established our 3rd branch at Batu Kawan, Penang.
Our founder, Mr Vik Shian Thitaksilo founded Viks Properties to assemble a stronger community of real estate professionals in the
northern region. Today, our achievements display the commitment and dedication of our team in providing the best services
to our clients in every case we undertake.

We manage a large range of properties with the back up and support of a dedicated Property Administration team. We advise clients on all aspects of Property/Facilities Administration. The services we offer include: building, mechanical and electrical maintenance; cleaning, landscaping, and safety maintenance.
